Who Runs This Site
This website belongs to Round Rock Foundation Repair Co., a lead generation and referral service. We link homeowners in the Round Rock, Texas area with a foundation repair professional who works nearby. Repairs are done by that professional, never by us.
Agreeing to These Terms
These terms apply as soon as you browse the site, book an inspection or send the contact form. Not willing to accept them? Then please leave the site.
The site is here for real foundation questions, used lawfully. Give us true contact details. Fill in forms by hand, not with bots or scripts. Stick to foundation repair in what you send.
About the Free Inspection
"Free inspection" means the first visit and nothing more. You owe nothing for it and aren't bound to buy a repair. The professional isn't bound to a price either. Repair work, if any, is agreed separately between you and the company doing it.
General Reading Only
Our guides, town pages and every other page here are general reading. Treat none of it as engineering, legal or insurance advice, and none of it as a stand-in for a qualified person who sees your home.
City permit rules and fees change. So do watering limits and state rules. Before relying on anything here, confirm it with the body that sets the rule.
Limits on What We Promise
A figure on this site may not fit your home. The figures are drawn from public sources such as the USDA soil survey, the US Census, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and city records, and each one names its source.
We make no promise about how quickly anyone responds, what a repair costs or how it turns out. A professional may also be unavailable in parts of our area.
Limitation of Liability
Our part ends once we make the referral. Within the limits of Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The same limit applies to work by any outside professional we refer you to.
Outside Professionals
Each foundation repair professional you reach through this site is an independent business. They are neither our staff nor our agent. They answer for their own work and prices, and for their credentials too; we don't. Before agreeing to a job, see their proof of insurance and find out how an engineer will take part in the repair plan.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised. The latest version carries the date shown at the top. Using the site after a revision means you accept it.
Which Law Applies
These terms fall under the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
